South African arm wrestling sensation, George van Rij, has been selected to represent the country at the upcoming World Arm Wrestling Championships in Moldova. The reigning RSA national arm wrestling champion in the under 75kg category, Van Rij is set to take on the best in the world in his weight class.

Van Rij's impressive performance at the national championships earned him a spot on the South African team, and he is determined to make his mark on the international stage. The World Championships promise to be a thrilling event, with top arm wrestlers from around the globe vying for the top prize.

George van Rij's selection is a testament to his hard work and dedication to the sport, and with the professional team of Rene Kruger, Joe Bester and Kyle McConnach from Best-Coaching backing him the possibilities are endless. Rene Kruger is a trained Bio kineticist, she has worked out a stringent training program to improve his strength and balance, Joe Bester who is cycling and conditioning coach to help him with overall fitness and core conditioning and Kyle McConnach focusing on his diet and supplements.

Together they aim to ensure that George will make South Africa proud at the World Championships. With your support and theirs, he can focus on bringing home the Gold.
